Help centre / Protection
- Unblock the address in Defend → Blocked IPs.
- Open the incident in Watch → Incidents and mark it Mistake: this was legitimate traffic, so it is counted and you can tune settings.
- If it keeps happening, add the address to trusted addresses, or make protection less sensitive in Settings.
New websites can start in Watch only mode (Settings → Protection mode) for a few days: decisions are recorded but nobody is stopped.
