By default a clear page saying access to your website is blocked, with the visitor's address, a reference number (like K-00A3) and when the block ends. You can add a contact email to it.
You can send blocked visitors to your own page instead: Settings → When a blocked visitor opens your website, or choose per block on the Blocked IPs page. Preview the page with the Preview link.
