Every request gets a risk score from 0 to 100 and one of five answers:
- Allowed: normal.
- Watched: allowed, but something looked odd, so it is recorded.
- Slowed down: too many tries in a short time; they must wait a little.
- Asked to verify: shown the human check.
- Blocked: stopped. Repeat offenders are blocked for longer each time.
You can change how sensitive this is under Settings → Speed limits and sensitivity.
