Open Defend → Blocked IPs:
- Block: enter the address, a reason, how long, and where blocked visitors should be sent. Click Block address.
- Unblock: click Unblock next to it.
Be careful: one address can be a whole office, school or mobile network. If you only want to slow someone down, a rule is often better.
