The dashboard says the script is not installed

Check these in order:

• Did you publish? Editing index.html on your computer is not enough; deploy the website (for example push to Vercel or upload to your host).
• Open your website once, then refresh the dashboard. Detection happens when a page opens.
• Is the site key right? It must be the pk_ key of this exact website.
• Is the domain right? The script only works on the domain you added (and its subdomains such as www). For a test copy on another address, add it under Settings → Advanced → Extra places allowed to use the site key.
• Look for errors: open your website, press F12 → Console, and look for red lines that mention the script.
