Help centre / Getting started
There are two layers:
- The script (Layer 1). One line of code on your pages. When a page opens it checks whether the visitor's address is blocked, and it checks login, sign-up and contact forms before they are sent. Suspicious visitors get a quick human check; normal visitors never notice it.
- The server check (Layer 2, optional). Your website's server asks Kinga before it creates an account, signs someone in or takes a payment, and follows the answer. Attackers cannot switch this off, so it is the stronger layer.
Every decision is scored by risk: allow, watch, slow down, ask to verify, or block. You can see each one with its reason in the dashboard.
